  • Users of our web-based PBX portal.
  • Customers and end-users of our telecommunications, VoIP, PBX and managed VoIP services.

To use the Service, a user must have a registered service account. Login details are provided to the user after the service account has been registered. Depending on the configuration of the Service, these details may include:

  • A telephone number or extension number.

  • A PBX domain, server address or other connection information.
  • Information identifying the customer, organisation or PBX account to which the user belongs.

We process this information to authenticate the user, connect the user to the correct PBX or VoIP service, maintain the user's session, and provide access to the functions assigned to the account.

The login details provided may also be used to access the web-based PBX portal connected to the same service account.

Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and must not share them with unauthorised persons.

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account registration and administration information.

Diagnostic logs may contain device and operating system information, network and connection information, login and registration events, error messages, and account or device identifiers required to investigate the reported problem.

Diagnostic logs are used only to investigate technical problems, reproduce errors, provide support, and improve the stability and performance of the Service.

  • Call history and Call Data Records are retained for 180 days.
  • Billing and payment records are retained for 6 years.
  • Diagnostic logs voluntarily submitted to support are retained for the time required to investigate and resolve the reported problem, and for no longer than 30 days after the support case is closed.

When an account is deleted, personal information associated with the account is deleted unless it must be retained for legal, regulatory, billing, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. To request deletion, contact us using the details in section 16.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal information. These measures may include:

  • Encryption of information during transmission.
  • Authentication and access controls.
  • Firewalls and network security measures.
  • Restricted access to administrative and support systems.
